It is essential to be familiar with the standard booth furnishings supplied with your contracted exhibit space. Your space automatically includes the right to occupy the designated amount of area contracted for on the exhibit floor.
The standard booth furnishing for most shows are usually 8´ high back drape and 3´ high side rail for in-line and peninsula booths, and a 7" X 44" identification sign (standard white with black type). The sign is printed according to company name as it appears on your Reed contract. An island booth usually only includes the selected amount of space that you have contracted for on the exhibit floor.
The show colors for the aisle carpet, back drape and side rails vary from show to show. The show colors will be listed in the Exhibitor Manual.
If you contracted for a booth package, please make sure that you know what is included in your package. Most booth packages include carpet, a table and chairs, a wastebasket or possibly additional items such as an electrical outlet or advertising opportunities. In some cases, items like those mentioned might not be a part of your package. If they are not then you will need to order them once you receive your exhibitor manual. It is important to determine what items are included in your booth package.
If your maximum allowable height permits you to go beyond the provided 8´ back drape or 3´ side rail, keep in mind that anything above these heights must be finished, neutral and devoid of copy.
