Reed Exhibitions has contracted with a select group of service companies. A complete list of all the official contractors, with their contact information order form rates and service descriptions will be included in the Exhibitor Manual as well.
For the most part, the official exclusive general service contractor supplies exhibitor services. They play a key role by providing a wide variety of goods and services required to produce a trade show. The general services contractor lays out the exhibits, creates floor plans, and sets up and dismantles the pipe and drape on the show floor. They rent furniture, floor coverings and a vast array of booths. They even install and remove the aisle carpet.
The general services contractor has several key roles and is responsible for decoration, freight and labor management.
In addition to the exclusive general service contractor, other service suppliers have been assigned responsibility for services such as audio visual, catering, customs broker, floral, hotel and travel, temporary booth personnel, lead retrieval, photography, security guards, and utilities such as electrical, plumbing, telephone/internet services.
Exhibitors should order any services you require early to take advantage of the advance order discount rates. This will save you time and money.
Reed Exhibitions will have personnel on hand during the course of the show to consult with exhibitors regarding any bills received from service companies. If there is any question as to the charges made, please consult with our show representatives before paying the bill. Do not wait until after the show to settle problems that can be easily resolved on-site.
