In addition to promoting your products at your booth, Reed Exhibitions´ shows also offer opportunities for exhibiting companies to promote their products before, during and after the show. Most Shows offer printed and /or electronic VIP Tickets for exhibitors to invite their customers and prospects to visit them at the show. There is usually no charge (or a minimal fee) for these tickets, and often times they can be customized to include your company´s name. VIP Tickets offer your customers and prospects free or discounted admission to the event.
Many of the Reed shows offer exhibitors the opportunity to promote their products and services to industry press via the event website. Exhibitors can post press releases and/or white papers about new products, research, etc. on the media/press section of the website. In addition, many shows include press rooms/areas where exhibitors can distribute media kits to registered members of the press at the show.
