It is important to make sure that you have registered all of your booth personnel before you leave for the show. This will save you additional costs and headaches on site. Included in your Exhibitor Manual will be a section on how to register your booth staff. For all Reed Exhibition shows, you have three ways to register your personnel. Please make sure to pay attention to registration deadlines so that you do not incur additional costs. Also, please note any age restrictions for your particular show.
You will be able to register right on the show website. This is the easiest way to manage your staff list. This is also the best way to ensure that all of your submissions are collected.
There will be a form included in the Exhibitor Manual that you will be able to fill out and fax in to a provided fax number.
You may also fill out the form in the Exhibitor Manual and mail it into the provided address.
Depending on the square footage of your booth, you will be designated a number of booth personnel badges. If you feel that you need more badges than your booth allotment allows, you may purchase additional badges for a reduced price. Any booth personnel registered on-site will need to pay a pre-determined price.
